That is AI literacy, and by now it belongs to running a company the way proper bookkeeping does. Most teams are nowhere near it yet. One good training gets you most of the way.

- What is AI literacy?
- AI literacy means the people working with AI understand what it can do, what it cannot, and where the risks sit, enough to use it safely and sensibly in their own work. The term comes from the EU AI Act: since 2 February 2025, organisations that use AI have to make sure their people have that knowledge. It is not a diploma, it is a working level you reach with one good training.
- Is AI training mandatory for businesses?
- In essence, yes: since 2 February 2025 the EU AI Act requires organisations that use AI systems to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. How you get there is up to you; the law does not prescribe a specific course. A practical training is the fastest route, and it saves your team time regardless of the obligation.
- What does AI training cost for our team?
- Live workshops start from €500, for a half day or full day with your team. Self-paced courses start from €199. The market easily charges thousands of euros for a single training day. Message us your team size and what you do, and you'll have a clear number the same day.
