ChatGPT & AI tools · for business

ChatGPT for business:handy, not holy.

ChatGPT is genuinely good at first drafts: outlines, summaries, translations, and a thinking partner for your approach. It is weak on facts, recent information, and your own business data, so nothing goes out the door unread.

What ChatGPT actually does well today

A first draft of a quote, a product description, a job post. A long PDF or meeting summarised into five bullets. An email translated into English so the tone still lands. Or simply a sounding board before you decide. That is the real use: a faster start, not the final word.

Where it goes wrong, and the house rules that stop it

ChatGPT invents facts with the same confidence it states real ones. It doesn't know your current stock, prices or customer records unless you type them in, and the moment you do, that data has left your business. And the tone can land just off brand without you noticing right away. Our house rules are simple: no customer data or passwords in a prompt, a person reads every output before it goes anywhere, and nothing reaches a customer or goes on social unreviewed.

Learn it with us: workshops from €500, courses from €199

We don't teach from a slide deck, we teach what we actually use every day. Workshops from €500 for a team that wants an afternoon on where ChatGPT is strong and where it isn't. Courses from €199 for anyone learning at their own pace. Both built on our own prompts, house rules and mistakes, not bought slideware.

Straight answers

What can ChatGPT do for my business?
It's strong at first drafts of copy, summaries of long material, translations, and as a sounding board to sharpen your thinking. It doesn't build strategy and it doesn't know your business, so the output is a starting point, not a finished product. Use it for speed, not the final word.
Is ChatGPT safe for business data?
Only if you set the rules yourself: no customer data, prices or passwords in a prompt, because that information leaves your business the moment you type it in. Since 2 February 2025, any organisation using AI also has to make sure staff have enough AI literacy, in plain terms: explain what may and may not go into a prompt. With those house rules in place, the risk is small and manageable.
Which AI tools are useful for a small business?
ChatGPT for text and thinking, a tool like Gemini or Claude for the same job with slightly different strengths, and the AI features already built into tools you use, like Gmail or Canva. Start with one tool that touches your daily work, email or quotes for example, instead of rolling out five at once. The gain comes from consistent use, not from the number of tools.
What does a ChatGPT course cost?
With us, from €199 for a self-paced course, and from €500 for a live workshop with your team. Both are built on what we actually use every day, not bought slideware. Get in touch and you'll know the same day what fits your team.
Can ChatGPT write my copy?
It can write a first draft, often a decent one. But your voice, your facts and your brand aren't in the model, so a person reads and rewrites before anything goes out. Think of it as a fast first draft, not your copywriter.
