The core: the database itself rejects any booking that overlaps an existing one, so two overlapping bookings physically cannot exist.

- Can a booking system really prevent double bookings?
- Yes. In FleetDesk the database itself rejects any booking that overlaps an existing one, so two overlapping bookings simply cannot exist. It is not an after-the-fact check that can miss, it is a rule the system cannot break.
- Does a custom booking system work with iDEAL and credit cards?
- Yes. We build payments in through providers like Stripe or Mollie: iDEAL for Dutch customers, credit cards for visitors and international guests. Deposits, full prepayment or pay on arrival, whatever fits your business.
- How long does building a booking system take?
- A booking integration in an existing site is live in a few weeks. A full platform with fleet, payments and admin takes months, not weeks. We build in phases, so you see something working early instead of nothing for months.
