A car-rental company on Aruba that ran on phone calls and memory, now taking bookings around the clock with a live planning board for the whole fleet.
The problem
Bookings ran through phone calls and messages, with no live view of which car was free when. The business needed an online front door and a way to take reservations without adding admin.
The approach
A two-phase build: a fast brand site first, then a Next.js booking platform loaded with the real 34-car fleet, class-based pricing in USD, and date-aware availability. Phase one and phase two share one design system so the jump feels seamless.
